距離小巨蛋捷運站約十分鐘腳程的中崙菜市場,
有個名氣響鐺鐺的豆漿店,
絡繹不絕的顧客中,
有不少是乘著高級名車還有司機幫忙開門的政商名流,
看著他們從司機幫忙開門的轎車下來,走入排隊隊伍的同時,雙眼已直盯著菜餚跟牆上的斑駁菜單,等待,點餐,一個鹹豆漿加蛋,一個清漿...
在最庶民的地方大家都是一樣的,。
About 10 mins walking distance came this famous breakfast restaurant.
You can tell its fame not only from the crowd but also from the luxurious cars pulled over.
It's good time for some observation:
Chauffeurs opened the doors for their boss.
The boss joined the breakfast line, staring at all kinds of food and the menu on the wall, and waiting patiently.
“A salty soy milk with egg, a soy milk without sugar…”
I felt some kinda balance. Everyone is equal in this place right in this moment.



外頭擺賣著現炸的江浙口味獅子頭,
每天限量喔,
可以直接內用,也可以外帶回家配飯,
應該是很好吃的,不停有叔叔嬸嬸靠過來一盒盒的買
These lmited Meat Balls are one of the signature dishes.
They are ZeJian flavor and are freshly cooked everyday.
You can either have it in the restaurant or take out.

秦小姐豆漿的老闆娘即是在1970年代紅極一時的藝人秦菲菲,
她算是台灣第一代能歌能演又搞笑的女諧星,
雖然我的年代跟他不熟,
但覺得撇除金錢面,
這樣一個喜歡跟人接觸帶給大家歡樂的人,
或許喜歡用沒有多餘包裝的方式,
直接面對真實的人與在地生活,
用暖呼呼的用心早餐幫大家按下一整天的活力開關。
The owner is Fei-Fei Chin, a famous singer, actress and entertainer in 1970s in Taiwan.
Although I’m not familiar with her, but besides other factors, I could feel that this is the career she enjoys.
No unnecessary decoration, now she can face the real people and real life through selling warm breakfast face-to-face to people and helping them kick off new days.

菜單一覽,
為因應物價上漲,
可以看到價格有調整,紅色的部分有塗改的痕跡。

是廢棄的菜單啦!
重點是下方的蔥花餅與豆漿餅,
豆漿餅可是他們的招牌!!
Here comes one of their signature dishes : Soy Milk Baked Bread, the right one.

豆漿餅,我特別喜歡這種無內餡、扎實有嚼勁,不用什麼調味料,單單是烤麵團香氣及甜味就能讓人回味無窮。
原料除了麵團、豆漿跟豆渣外,還和入了金桔皮,一口咬下除了烤麵團香氣,還有令人驚喜的清爽桔皮餘香。
這也是老闆為了讓純用豆類與麵團做成的餅多些朝氣風味,研究後決定加入柑橘類原料後讓風味變得清爽有朝氣。
這可是他們的招牌之一,還有南部時刻訂購宅配呢!
I adore this kind of Chinese baked bread/pastry. No fillings or catchy seasoning.
The authentic aroma only comes from the baked dough. The spongy taste is a plus.
Considering the bread is too flavorless if there’s only soybean and dough, Kumquat is added to give the whole thing a fresh aroma.
This signature is also a must! There are even orders from southern Taiwan.

酸豇豆蛋餅,第一次看到酸豇豆內餡,但這個組合真是好吃極了!
似乎沒看過還有哪家早餐店有賣酸豇豆口味的蛋餅,
是個必吃的招牌喔!
Cowpea is rarely used as fillings of Chinese omelet.
Yet this match is perfect!!
I can’t think of any other breakfast restaurant selling this kinda combination.
Also a must try signature!

蔬菜九層塔蛋餅,蔬菜餡料非常豐富,餅皮不僅脆,還很扎實有嚼勁,醬料感覺是獨家調製的,不鹹且味道很棒。
One bite, and you get the feeling of all the vegetables celebrating in your month!
The galette is perfectly crispy, spongy and chewy.
The sauce is amazing, too.

[ 後記 ]
在這次的早餐之旅中,
與朋友暢談,
關於為什麼我總是停留在曖昧階段就無疾而終,
為什麼常在轉濃的時候突然冷掉,
一開始是覺得,或許是因為害怕太親暱的感覺,
但真正的原因應該更深。
我們從小被教育著要付出,
沒有教如何去感受、接受。
我們可以對身邊的朋友非常真性情,
傳遞一些真心的關懷的溫暖話語,
為的就是讓愛的人感到溫暖並獲得力量,
但當對象換成曖昧對象時,
有了親暱的期待,
感受變得敏感且巨大,
那些真心的話語反而變成一隻隻正在瞄準的箭,
無法把澎湃即持傳達出去,
只會小心翼翼找一些外在元素藏住內心的小鹿,
因為害怕陷下去就是面對失去的開始。
不過這樣的情結在上週六參加BiG SiSTER聚會時開始獲得紓解,
原來我上述的情結是對個人魅力的存疑。
其實個人魅力會在你最自在的時候展現出來,
所以重點就是了解你在什麼時候感到自在,
或許就是在你接受那些小缺點、能與之共處一室的時候,
你會發現其實這些小缺點在別人眼中是獨特、有趣、好玩、有魅力的。
不要再想著我要成為那個誰誰誰,
這樣只會引蓋住你真正的光芒,
好好認識自己的及別人對自己的感覺並展現真正的自己吧!
『Nothing to lose!』
回到那個把我敲醒的問題,
對於別人的愛,
學習接受,卸下期待,回歸人與人之間最基本的真情流露。
阿,還有好多要學習的。
去習慣宇宙的秩序吧,
它解釋了當下無法撼動的事,
但仍要不停自我調整,
因為未來會怎樣,仍操之在我。
