來過這家幾次了，

主要都是帶朋友帶家人來開眼界，

雖然越來越火人潮越來越多，

但味道都沒變，

熱熱酥酥的燒餅，

每咬下一口，

整個味覺嗅覺都會被麵團的烘烤香氣擄獲，

這讓稍涼的秋天早晨有了些暖意。

內容物除了豆漿之外，還有榨菜、蝦米、聰、黑醋及油條，因為黑醋的關係，豆漿會結成一塊塊軟嫩的豆腐花，一碗就又暖又飽。

Besides soy milk, there's also pickled mustard green, shrimp, green onion, vinegar and deep fried bread stick. Because of the vinegar, this dish resembles bean card with a soft and tender taste instead of soup-like taste. This is a must try!! A very traditional main meal for breakfast:)

長長的人龍，一路排到一樓。

櫃檯有點餐順序喔，先點豆漿，看要熱的冰的要糖無糖，再點主餐。

At the end of the line comes the ordering counter which has a specific ordering rule. First, decide what kind of soy milk you'd like to taste. Secondly, order the main meal!!!

雖然要排長長的隊，但有這些豐盛好吃的試吃就一點都不無聊了！

這家老餅舖的老闆會親自出來發給大家試吃，會說多國語言的他常常跟排隊的客人亂聊，餅舖似乎做得不錯，常常去就能慢慢拼湊出他這個人的故事喔，哈哈哈。其實這家的餅，像鳳梨酥、綠豆椪，都還不錯吃。

You will never be bored with the lengthy queuing for there are some all-you-can-try-out delicious samples delivered by enthusiastic sample attendants. This guy (boss, actually) is giving away Chinese traditional pastries like pineapple cake. They are truly tasty:)

雖然名氣大開被觀光客淪陷，但仍是一家街坊鄰居持續造訪的老店，

Although Fuhang Soy Milk became so famous that always be crowded with tourists, the neighbors, local customor are still visiting.

在都市發展史中，台北市的繁榮一直繞著忠孝東路轉，這是一條永不褪色的道路。

1960年代，台北車站、西門町商圈是台北市最熱鬧的地方。那時政府為了安置攤販，在中華路上建起中華商場，人潮也延伸到鄰近的西門町，帶動整個區域的繁榮；

1980年代末期，西門町商圈沒落，中華商場也因捷運建設而拆除，西區的繁華暫告停頓，乘勢崛起的是東區的SOGO商圈，台北的中心主流地區開始漸漸沿著忠孝東路往東移；

1990年代末期，信義計畫區的建立起來，也日漸興盛，忠孝東路都不曾缺席，台北半個世紀來的發展史，忠孝東路都不曾缺席。

戴上耳機，配著動力火車『忠孝東路走九遍』一曲，沿著忠孝東路漫步，不用走九遍，一遍你就能感受到台北歷史的痕跡，生活在這座老都市的人的故事。

The development history of Taipei is basically centered in Zhongxiao East Road.

In 1960s, Taipei main station and Ximending is the most prosperous area among Taipei City.

In 1980s, Ximending started to decline. Together with the demolishment of China Mall, the bustling of western Taipei has nearly come to an end. Instead, eastern Taipei has risen with the construction of SOGO shopping district.

In the end of 1990s, Xinyi District established.

After taking this glance back into the half-a-centry history of Taipei, you can tell Zhongxiao East Road has always been the core.

Have your earphone on, with 忠孝東路走九遍 playing, strolling through the road. You could easily sense the history and the stories of local lives within this amazing old city.

在陳舊的城市一隅冒出這樣新潮的玩意，這樣的衝突美，讓人感到微微的欣慰，欣慰我們仍得生活在這些古樸、老物的懷抱之中。
